This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office).
Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Bring structure to complex AI/ML research programs.
- Coordinate strategic roadmaps and decision logs.
- Contribute to a culture of safe and responsible AI.
- Work with a geographically distributed team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Master's or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in AI/ML research environments.
- 1+ year of coding experience (Python).
