This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design technical solutions for customer support experiences.
  • Coordinate alignment across product and operations teams.
  • Track project schedules and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer support and incident management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and using data for prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Experience with Azure or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with data analytics technologies such as SQL and PowerBI.
