Technical Recruiter, Early in Profession

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
• Deliver top quality candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Leverage analytics to inform hiring plans and track funnel health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success in high-volume technical recruiting.
• Ability to source and close niche AI & software talent.
