Responsibilities:
You will review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years technical support or consulting experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ year experience.
- Knowledge in Linux, OSS Administration, and familiarity with shell environments.
- Experience with scripting languages like PERL, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
- Fluent in Japanese and confident in English.
Work Environment:
Full-Time position with less than 25% travel required.
