This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, with remote work options available.
Responsibilities:
You will review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating across teams and utilizing troubleshooting tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical support or consulting experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ year of experience.
- Knowledge in Linux and OSS Administration.
- Familiarity with shell environments (BASH, sh, etc.) and Linux script-based development tools (PERL, Python, etc.).
- Expertise in managing cluster environments (SUSE, RedHat).
- Fluent in Japanese and confident in English.
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
- Networking concepts and tools knowledge.
