Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Windows OS, focusing on networking issues such as TCP/IP, SMB, and DNS. Engage with customers through various communication channels to diagnose problems and offer solutions. Collaborate with escalation engineers and development teams for complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a support engineer, system engineer, or software developer.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure components (hardware, OS, network).
- Experience in system implementation, operation, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, etc.)
- Experience with server OS operations and deployments.
Language Requirements:
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- English reading comprehension is a plus.
