Data Scientist 5, Experimentation Platform

This role is based in the USA with remote options available.

Compensation:

$372,000 - $600,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data science and engineering stakeholders to onboard new workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain methodologies for the experimentation platform.
• Manage existing data and analysis pipelines.
• Develop new tools for experimentation-related business needs.
• Work with the XP team to ensure trustworthy analysis results.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (PhD or Masters).
• 3+ years of experience in statistics/inference, preferably in experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in building applications for production traffic.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
