This role is based in New York, New York, and involves working onsite.

Compensation:

$388,000 - $619,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Build and operate the ad serving runtime under strict latency SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the programmatic team on bid request/response handling.
  • Develop the rule engine framework for ad policies and management.
  • Enhance APIs and improve frequency management services.
  • Drive platform reliability and incident response.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building distributed systems.
  • Experience with ad servers, SSPs, or real-time bidding infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of latency engineering and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or similar JVM languages.

Tech stack:

Java, Kotlin, Kafka, Flink, microservices architecture.
