Compensation:
$388,000 - $619,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Build and operate the ad serving runtime under strict latency SLAs.
- Collaborate with the programmatic team on bid request/response handling.
- Develop the rule engine framework for ad policies and management.
- Enhance APIs and improve frequency management services.
- Drive platform reliability and incident response.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in building distributed systems.
- Experience with ad servers, SSPs, or real-time bidding infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of latency engineering and fault-tolerant systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or similar JVM languages.
Tech stack:
Java, Kotlin, Kafka, Flink, microservices architecture.
