Compensation:
$100,000 - $720,000/year
Responsibilities:
Develop and scale ad serving systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive programmatic advertising strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience with ad serving systems or bidders
- Building large-scale infrastructure for real-time advertising
- Understanding of programmatic advertising challenges
- Proven track record in user experimentation and A/B testing
- Familiarity with ad tech standards like VAST and OpenRTB
Nice to haves:
- Experience with DSP or SSP integrations
- Knowledge of CTV space
- Contributions to industry technology standards
