This role is remote-based in the USA.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $720,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and integrate functionality for cloud traffic security and observability.
  • Enhance developer experience through software solutions and tools.
  • Lead development of new security features for Netflix Zuul.
  • Provide technical mentorship and manage stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with distributed systems in a cloud environment.
  • Hands-on with API Gateway technologies (e.g., Netflix Zuul, Envoy).
  • Proficient in Java, Go, or C++.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tech stack:

API Gateway technologies, TLS, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, Java, Go, C++.
