$190,000 - $920,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale advertiser-grade reporting applications for internal teams and external advertisers.
  • Drive success in a fast-paced organization with minimal process.
  • Support team by contextualizing the larger vision and enabling prioritization.
  • Create a high-performing team through hiring and talent development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in management of software engineering teams.
  • Experience in designing and operating reporting APIs for self-service access to Ads data.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Tech stack:

Experience with Ads Druid analytics layer and building reporting systems meeting MRC and audit-grade standards.
