Compensation:
$436,000.00 - $710,000.00/year

Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in management.
- Strong experience with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs.
- Familiarity with real-time bidding protocols and audience targeting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Team Focus:
The Ads Supply Engineering team aims to expand Netflix's advertising platform and enhance user experience while maximizing revenue.
