Compensation:

$436,000 - $791,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Own the core signals and targeting systems for relevant ads.
  • Partner with ML teams to build advanced targeting models.
  • Work on high-scale, low-latency services for ad requests.
  • Drive success in a fast-paced environment with minimal process.
  • Hire and grow high-performing talent.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in management.
  • Experience in building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical partners.
  • General understanding of the advertising marketplace.

Tech stack:

Experience with signal services, real-time data integration, and audience targeting.
