This role is remote and part of the Cloud Infrastructure Organization at Netflix.

Compensation:

$436,000.00 - $791,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compute platform capabilities and drive adoption across Netflix.
  • Build, scale, and mentor a cohesive team of engineers.
  • Form strong cross-functional partnerships to meet engineering needs.
  • Own a roadmap of proactive improvements to stay ahead of business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building and operating complex distributed systems at scale in the cloud-compute domain.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes or other distributed compute orchestration systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
