This role is based in Los Gatos, California.

Compensation:

$348,800 - $710,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the application build process using Gradle & Nebula.
  • Optimize JVM performance and configuration.
  • Oversee build artifact management and JDK ownership.
  • Coordinate with the OpenJDK community.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading technical teams.
  • Ability to navigate customer and partner needs.
  • Experience in coaching and developing senior engineers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of JVM.
  • Experience with Gradle/Nebula.
  • Performance engineering experience.
