Compensation:
$436,000.00 - $710,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver high-impact results.
- Partner with product managers and other leaders to drive product vision.
- Ensure timely delivery of the team’s roadmap.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Hire and coach a team of Backend and UI Engineers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with generative AI solutions.
- Strong product mindset and strategic thinking.
- Ability to deliver reliable enterprise-grade products.
Nice to have:
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Experience leading teams with Backend and UI/UX engineers.
