Compensation:

$436,000 - $791,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers building high-scale systems.
  • Drive architecture and execution of product infrastructure systems.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap focused on business impact.
  • Define success metrics and drive platform adoption.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a diverse team.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience leading backend distributed systems teams.
  • Experience in building commerce systems in Offers, Discounts, or Pricing.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to act as a technical advisor.
  • A BS or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline.
