This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$190,000 - $920,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a platform engineering team that builds products for engineers.
  • Build strong relationships with Design, Product, and UI Engineering teams.
  • Support a team of senior software engineers valuing inclusion and transparency.
  • Illustrate the value and impact of the team’s work to partners.
  • Empower and coach team members to grow as technical leaders.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading in product or UI engineering domains.
  • Passion for serving engineers as customers.
  • Interest in developer experience industry trends.

Tech stack:

Primarily JavaScript and TypeScript on a custom TV platform.
