This role is based in Los Gatos, California, with a hybrid work model requiring three days a week at the office.
Compensation:
$250,000.00 - $413,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Build user experiences across web and TV platforms using TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
- Own features end-to-end from frontend to backend.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate ideas into features.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs, focusing on reliability and iteration speed.
- Implement A/B tests and analyze results with data science.
- Write well-tested, maintainable code across all layers.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React.
- Experience with GraphQL or REST APIs.
- Comfortable with backend codebases and API development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
Tech stack:
