HR Program Manager, Partnerships and Ads

This role is based in Los Gatos, California, with options in Los Angeles or New York City.

Compensation:

$184,000 - $330,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional HR programs end-to-end.
• Own the operational backbone of the HR team.
• Keep the team informed and aligned.
• Build people analytics and insights.
• Write clearly and with judgment.
• Leverage AI and technology proactively.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Program Manager in HR or related fields.
• Strong program management instincts and analytical capability.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
