Human Evaluation - Program Manager

This role is based in the USA and is remote.

Compensation:

$230,000.00 - $340,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of human evaluation and data operations initiatives.
• Develop and operationalize frameworks for evaluating GenAI and ML outputs.
• Collaborate across research, product, UX, and engineering.
• Build and maintain project timelines and manage blockers.
• Oversee rater onboarding, calibration, and QA workflows.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in human evaluations or data operations in GenAI/ML.
• Strong understanding of evaluation design and quality control systems.
• Proven ability in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational focus.
