Responsibilities:
- Leading annual budget planning for Scripted Series, Nonfiction, Live Marketing, Live & Ad Events, and Corporate Events.
- Managing headcount and people cost planning in collaboration with HR and stakeholders.
- Conducting financial scenario analyses to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of FP&A experience, ideally including Marketing finance.
- Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
