Manager, Global Ads Marketing Operations

This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$220,000 - $352,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the team’s operational processes including planning and goal-setting.
• Lead annual and quarterly budget management in partnership with the Finance team.
• Drive internal communications and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Shape team initiatives to ensure a high-performing environment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Business Operations or Strategic Program Management.
• Experience in global planning and operational initiatives.
• Strong background in budget management and resource planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
