This role is based in Los Gatos, California, with a hybrid model available for remote candidates on the West Coast.

Compensation:

$310,000 - $545,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and optimization of content aggregation roadmaps.
  • Drive rigorous experimentation to evaluate new content formats.
  • Build and scale product experiences to support global content partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate product vision and drive execution.
  • Foster an inclusive environment and embody Netflix values.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer business.
  • Strong leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use data to inform priorities and evaluate impact.
