This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$310,000.00 - $545,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strategic roadmap and take product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
  • Steer product direction with cross-functional team members.
  • Partner closely with leadership and stakeholders to align on vision and strategy.
  • Build business cases and measure product impact.
  • Understand customer needs and align them with industry best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate on IAM requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in product management for software/online services.
  • Expertise in identity and access management, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Strong decision-making skills informed by data.
  • Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical partners.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
