Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the Talent Acquisition communications strategy.
  • Drive and manage cross-functional projects independently.
  • Participate in post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc requests for Talent Acquisition Leadership.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years as Project or Program Manager, including 3+ years in Talent or HR.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like Asana.
