Compensation:
$260,000.00 - $459,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering teams to deliver AppSec services, develop security tooling, and improve security posture.
Requirements:
- Deep application security expertise
- Experience with bug bounty programs, threat modeling, and pentesting
- Familiarity with scripting and security tooling (SAST, DAST)
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication

The Application Security Team at Netflix oversees the entire Application Security domain, providing strategic guidance and managing security tooling.
