Compensation:

$388,000 - $558,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Own significant projects from problem definition through implementation.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of AI/GenAI features in applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver value iteratively.
  • Mentor and support other engineers, sharing context and reviewing designs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, or ML-powered features.
  • Proficiency in Python and Java.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and modern application architectures.

Tech stack:

Python, Java, AI/GenAI technologies, AWS, microservices, React, Spring Boot.
