$388,000 - $558,000/year

Role:

Design and build internal products to enhance employee productivity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Own projects from design to production.
• Implement AI/GenAI features in applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical direction.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
