Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Eightfold and Workday Recruiting platforms.
- Design, implement, and support processes between systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations.
About You:
- 10+ years in HR technology architecture, focusing on Talent Acquisition.
- Expertise with Eightfold, Workday, and HRIS/ATS/HCM platforms.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth technology or media company.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and security best practices.
- Prior experience with agile product development.
