Compensation:
$240,000.00 - $410,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems to improve speed and consistency.
- Partner with Data Science & Engineering to define KPI frameworks and ensure measurement quality.
- Own portfolio governance frameworks and drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder horizontal initiatives requiring PM rigor.
- Champion cross-portfolio IP moments for live service.
- Flex into priority game teams to provide support during launches and major updates.
- Synthesize learnings across titles to identify best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs with high ambiguity.
- Strong product judgment and data fluency.
- Experience building and running operating cadences that influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with game performance levers and live service experience preferred.
