This role is based in the USA with remote work options available, preferably in the Los Angeles area.

Compensation:

$240,000.00 - $410,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems to improve speed and consistency.
  • Partner with Data Science & Engineering to define KPI frameworks and ensure measurement quality.
  • Own portfolio governance frameworks and drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder horizontal initiatives.
  • Flex into priority game teams to provide support during launches and major updates.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a related role.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to operate at multiple levels.
  • Data fluency with a track record of using insights to drive decisions.
  • Experience building and running operating cadences that change decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a rapidly evolving organization.
