Compensation:
$240,000.00 - $410,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems to improve speed and consistency.
- Partner with Data Science & Engineering to define KPI frameworks and ensure measurement quality.
- Own portfolio governance frameworks and drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder horizontal initiatives.
- Flex into priority game teams to provide support during launches and major updates.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a related role.
- Strong product judgment and ability to operate at multiple levels.
- Data fluency with a track record of using insights to drive decisions.
- Experience building and running operating cadences that change decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a rapidly evolving organization.
