Compensation:

$290,000 - $460,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple complex cross-functional programs, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and data science.
  • Influence and architect technical strategies with engineering partners.
  • Align roadmaps and manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • Decompose complex requirements into clear technical execution plans.
  • Communicate program progress and status to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Experience working within large engineering organizations.
  • Strong systems thinking and technical acumen.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
