Compensation:

$290,000 - $460,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to increase the resilience of tier-0 commerce flows.
  • Lead execution for ambitious engineering-led initiatives.
  • Build templates and practices for execution and communication.
  • Track engineering risks and manage dependencies across initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in large-scale software projects and backend engineering.
  • Understanding of high-scale distributed systems and architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills to present technical content to non-technical audiences.

Tech stack:

Experience with commerce systems at scale, backend engineering.
