Compensation:

$420,000.00 - $630,000.00/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple complex cross-functional programs in collaboration with product, engineering, design, and data science.
  • Provide deep domain expertise to form sound technical strategies with engineering partners.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively manage risks.
  • Craft clear communication of progress toward goals to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Ad tech expertise in ads decisioning systems and ML optimization engines.
  • Proven experience in large-scale software projects and defining technical strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
