About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced program manager to reinvent our highest-impact employee experience programs. You’ll start by redesigning New Hire Onboarding as a fully immersive experience from Day 1 and continue shaping key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Achieve
- Build the Onboarding Operating System: Create an end-to-end onboarding experience that’s undeniably Notion.
- Make Day 1 unmistakable: Redesign New Hire Onboarding.
- Make Notinos our customer zero: Build new rituals and rhythms.
- Invent new experiences: Design and test new programs.
- Scale Notion with taste and agency: Lead through influence and partnerships.
