About the Role
The Enterprise Product Team at Notion is accountable for how organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. As the owner of AI Governance and Admin Experience, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers have the right visibility and controls to securely deploy Notion as an Agent Operating System and System of Record.
What You'll Achieve
- Set the Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a roadmap that empowers large organizations to onboard and scale agents into Notion’s system of record with confidence.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work across multiple product and engineering teams to drive the scalable systems for user and agent management, team collaboration, and enterprise visibility.
- Drive meaningful impact: Be a champion for seamless and delightful Enterprise experiences across the company.
- Customer-Centric Development: Engage deeply with Notion’s admin and builder personas to understand their challenges, workflows, and aspirations.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
- Strong track record: You have a history of delivering impactful product launches and improvements in B2B environments.
- AI Governance Background: You have fluency and point of view around AI governance.
- Collaborative mindset: You collaborate well cross-functionally.
- Integration fluency: You have experience with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations.
- AI-pilled: You have a comfort and an ongoing curiosity with using AI tools for your product development process.
- Ambiguity and Pace Comfort: You have a proactive mindset even for ambiguous problems.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
