What You'll Achieve

• Build authentication and other product features that make Notion safe and secure by default.
• Build scalable, AI-powered systems to detect, investigate, and mitigate risks.
• Shape the future of AI safety at Notion.
• Partner across various teams to integrate trust, privacy, and security.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• 5–8 years of experience building or securing products.
• Experience in trust, safety, authentication, security, or privacy.
• Ownership and initiative in a fast-moving environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Experience using AI to solve trust or security problems.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications.
• Proficiency with technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Dynamo, Memcached.

Notion offers competitive compensation based on location, role scope, and candidate experience, with an estimated salary range of $200k - $280k per year for this role in San Francisco.
