This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $218,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CSOps initiatives, defining scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Lead change efforts for new tools and process redesigns.
  • Translate business requirements into operational needs.
  • Coordinate teams and vendors for timely delivery and adoption.
  • Develop rollout plans and enablement materials.
  • Track progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Document scalable processes and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement across CSOps projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Customer Success Operations or related fields.
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and NVIDIA tools is a plus.
