This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$224,000 - $431,250/year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the evolution of large-scale build infrastructure for hardware and software development.
  • Lead a team of engineers to develop and scale custom build tools and workflows.
  • Architect build systems and automation frameworks to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and build systems.
  • 3+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale build systems and software delivery pipelines.

Tech stack:

Experience with build tools, Python, Go, C++, and automation frameworks.
