This position is based in Dallas, Texas, with remote options available.
Compensation:
$136,000 - $276,000/year depending on level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs to operationalize new products and services.
- Design and optimize end-to-end fulfillment processes.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and negotiate contracts.
- Define program benchmarks and build dashboards for leadership.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Develop capacity planning and inventory strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align service SLAs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of program or operations management experience in logistics or service operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record managing complex programs with external partners.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS and ERP integration projects.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
