This position is based in Dallas, Texas, with remote options available.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $276,000/year depending on level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional programs to operationalize new products and services.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end fulfillment processes.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and negotiate contracts.
  • Define program benchmarks and build dashboards for leadership.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • Develop capacity planning and inventory strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align service SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of program or operations management experience in logistics or service operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complex programs with external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS and ERP integration projects.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
