This role is based in Austin, TX with options for remote work.

Compensation:

Base salary range is 184,000 USD - 356,500 USD per year, depending on level and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance SDLC and infrastructure services.
  • Ensure systems health, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Mentor team members in DevOps/SRE methodologies.
  • Automate infrastructure setup using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a large-scale software development environment as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Linux, networking, and security.
  • Experience with programming languages (Python/Go) and Bash/Shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools.
