Compensation:

$168,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Track and communicate key results, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
  • Handle cross-functional communications and publish progress to upper management.
  • Lead cross-functional NPI meetings and ensure product readiness for production.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across Operations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
  • PMP or Project/Program Management Certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
