This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$168,000 - $327,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize pre-training/inference and post-training frameworks for RecSys and Generative Recommender researchers.
  • Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with customers to build product-based roadmaps for the E2E ML lifecycle.
  • Work with leadership to align with and drive company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with design and scaling of training/inference post training and optimization software.
  • Knowledge of GenAI or machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems.
  • 10+ years of technical product management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading GR systems.
  • Knowledge of GPU architecture and performance profiling.
