This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $258,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical program management efforts for product lifecycles.
  • Drive priorities to achieve schedule and targets, managing risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal and executive teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with rack-level thermal and mechanical design requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ways to stand out:

  • 3+ years of product delivery experience from concept to launch.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • PM Certification/training is a plus.
