Senior Solutions Architect, NVIS Customer Infrastructure Management

This role is based in Korea, Seoul or remote.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams to deliver customer infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal collaborators.
• Define project requirements and present technical solutions.
• Analyze customer difficulties and supervise infrastructure installation.

What we need to see:

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale data center service operations.
• BS/MS/PhD in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of data center systems and cloud orchestration software.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiarity with AI infrastructure and workflows.
• Knowledge of data center operations and cloud service platforms.
• Certification in project management or cloud technologies.
