Senior SWQA Test Developer – Automotive Traceability and Compliance Platform

This role is based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process definition and compliance alignment of traceability and reporting workflows.
  • Own the strategy and execution for tests, release & compliance tools.
  • Serve as the Person in Charge for internal release & compliance tools.
  • Manage workflows in Jira for team coordination.
  • Collaborate with engineering, safety, and quality teams for accurate traceability.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech. or equivalent in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE with 5+ years in automotive engineering or testing.
  • Strong understanding of ASPICE and ISO 26262.
  • Experience with Jama, DOORS, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Tech stack:

  • Web development skills with Angular/React, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript/Python, MongoDB/SQL.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, or CLI automation.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows including GitLab/Jenkins CI, Docker, Kubernetes.
