Senior Technical Product Manager, Planning and Controls - Autonomous Vehicles

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, with remote options available.

Compensation:

The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical product managers to define solutions for complex self-driving problems.
  • Work with engineering leaders to convert requirements into competitive roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with teams to deliver roadmaps and measure outcomes.
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of the planning and controls stack.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Product or Program Management.
  • Strong technical skills in motion planning or controls in autonomous vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Ways to stand out:

  • Experience in AV planning and controls or AI companies.
  • Technical background in software, systems, or ML engineering.
