Compensation:
$168,000 - $258,750/year
Responsibilities:
- Drive key initiatives for AV Fleet projects, optimizing testing and integration processes.
- Analyze metrics to improve platform experience and resolve engineering priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement feature improvements.
- Develop automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Streamline team operations and improve procedures.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable programs and driving process improvements.
- Experience in automotive system integration or AV operations is a plus.
Ways to stand out:
- Experience with data-driven operations and defining operational metrics.
- Ability to lead global projects across time zones.
- Background in early-stage development and process/tooling establishment.
