This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.
Compensation:
$168,000 - $258,750/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional technical strategy and execution for a centralized software platform managing capacity and allocations.
- Enhance tooling, automation, and workflows for capacity management.
- Guide engineering initiatives using agile methodologies.
- Apply data-driven program management through metrics and KPIs.
- Establish effective communication frameworks for program status and risks.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Capacity Engineering or Technical Program Management.
- Experience with large scale infrastructure and various CPU/GPU architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
